4.33
इतोऽपि सर्वशिवता सत उत्पत्तियोगतः ॥३३॥
ito'pi sarvaśivatā sata utpattiyogataḥ
— from this consideration too ; — the Śiva-nature of everything ; — of what is existent ; — by reason of (its) connection with arising

From this consideration too (follows) the Śiva-nature of everything: namely, by reason of the arising (of effects) from what is (already) existent.
