4.19
व्यवहारस्य बाधा चेद्व्यवहारे यथेष्टता । क्वचित्सत्यसुवर्णस्य प्रत्यन्ते व्यवहारिता ॥१९॥
vyavahārasya bādhā cedvyavahāre yatheṣṭatā | kvacitsatyasuvarṇasya pratyante vyavahāritā
— of transaction ; — the annulment ; — if ; — in transaction ; — arbitrariness ; — somewhere ; — of genuine gold ; — in a remote region ; — the (lack of) currency

If the annulment pertains to transaction (alone), then there would be arbitrariness in transaction; (for) somewhere — in a remote region — even genuine gold may have no currency (yet remains real gold).
