इच्छया सर्वभावत्वमनेकात्मत्वमेव च । नात्र स्वात्मविकारेण जनयेद्भावमण्डलम् ॥३५॥
icchayā sarvabhāvatvamanekātmatvameva ca | nātra svātmavikāreṇa janayedbhāvamaṇḍalam
— by will ; — the being of all entities ; — and indeed multiplicity of selfhood ; — not ; — here ; — by a modification of his own self ; — does he generate ; — the sphere of existing things

By will (he assumes) the being of all entities and even a multiplicity of selfhood; (yet) he does not here generate the sphere of existing things by any (real) modification of his own self.
