2.79
तथा रूपानुरूपत्वात्प्रसूतेः शिवरूपतः । सत्यत्वाच्च न तुल्यत्वमतोऽस्मात्प्रविरम्यताम् ॥७९॥
tathā rūpānurūpatvātprasūteḥ śivarūpataḥ | satyatvācca na tulyatvamato'smātpraviramyatām
— accordingly ; — because of conformity of (manifest) form to (his) nature ; — because of (his) bringing-forth ; — from Śiva's own nature ; — and because of (its) reality ; — not ; — parity ; — therefore ; — from this ; — let (the objection) cease

(We answer:) No — because the (manifest) form conforms to (his) nature, because the bringing-forth proceeds from Śiva's own nature, and because (what he brings forth) is real, there is no parity (with the Word-doctrine); therefore let this (objection) be dropped.
