आत्मैव सर्वभावेषु स्फुरन्निर्वृतचिद्विभुः ।
अनिरुद्धेच्छाप्रसरः प्रसरद्दृक्क्रियः शिवः ॥२॥
ātmaiva sarvabhāveṣu sphurannirvṛtacidvibhuḥ |
aniruddhecchāprasaraḥ prasaraddṛkkriyaḥ śivaḥ
The Self alone, shining forth in all existing things, is Śiva — the all-pervading Lord whose consciousness is blissful repose, whose flow of will is unobstructed, and whose powers of seeing and acting stream freely forth.
