3.41

तदारूढप्रमितेस्तत्क्षयाज्जीवसङ्क्षयः ॥४१॥

tad-ārūḍha-pramites tat-kṣayāj jīva-saṅkṣayaḥ

sūtra

— of one whose cognition is firmly established in That (the Self) ; — by the elimination of that (desire) ; — destruction of the (limited) jīva

For one established in That (the Self), by the elimination of (desire), there is the destruction of (his condition as a limited) jīva.
