3.42
भूतकञ्चुकी तदा विमुक्तो भूयः पतिसमः परः ॥४२॥
bhūta-kañcukī tadā vimukto bhūyaḥ pati-samaḥ paraḥ
sūtra
— having the elements (only) as an outer garment ; — then ; — liberated ; — thereupon ; — equal to the Lord ; — supreme

Then, wearing the elements (only) as an outer cloak, liberated, he becomes equal to the Lord, supreme.
