kathayāmi na saṃdehaḥ sadyaḥ kaulikasiddhidam |
kauliko 'yaṃ vidhir devi mama hṛdvyomny avasthitaḥ
— I shall tell, I declare; — not, no; — doubt; — at once, immediately; — bestowing the kaulika attainment; — kaulika (pertaining to the Kula); — this; — method, rite, dispensation; — O Goddess; — my; — in the sky/void of the heart (hṛd-vyoman); — established, abiding
I shall declare it — no doubt of it — that which at once bestows the kaulika attainment. This kaulika method, O Goddess, abides in the sky of my heart.
