सक्षात् पश्यत्य् असंदिग्धम् आकृष्टं रुद्रसक्तिभिः । प्रहरद्वयमात्रेण व्योमस्थो जायते स्मरन् ॥१४॥
sakṣāt paśyaty asaṃdigdham ākṛṣṭaṃ rudrasaktibhiḥ | praharadvayamātreṇa vyomastho jāyate smaran
— directly, with the eyes (sākṣāt; here as transmitted) ; — sees, beholds ; — without doubt, indubitably ; — drawn near, attracted ; — by the Rudra-powers (the rudra-śaktis) ; — by a mere two watches (prahara-dvaya) ; — abiding in the void/sky (vyoman) ; — becomes, is born ; — contemplating, remembering

He directly beholds, beyond doubt, (the deity) drawn near by the Rudra-powers; in a mere two watches, contemplating it, he becomes one who abides in the Void.
