विशेषो ऽर्थावभासस्य सत्तायां न पुनः क्व चित्
विकल्पेषु भवेद् भाविभवद्भूतार्थगामिषु ॥२॥
viśeṣo 'rthāvabhāsasya sattāyāṃ na punaḥ kva cit
vikalpeṣu bhaved bhāvibhavadbhūtārthagāmiṣu
— a distinction, a difference; — of the appearance of the object; — with respect to (its) being / existence; — but not; — in any case whatever; — among the conceptual constructions; — there would be; — which range over future, present, and past objects
There may be a distinction in the appearance of the object, but never any distinction in its (sheer) being — not in any case — among the conceptual constructions that range over future, present, and past objects.
