पिशाचः स्याद् अनालोको ऽप्य् आलोकाभ्यन्तरे यथा
अदृश्यो भूतलस्यान्त न निषेध्यः स सर्वथा ॥११॥
piśācaḥ syād anāloko 'py ālokābhyantare yathā
adṛśyo bhūtalasyānta na niṣedhyaḥ sa sarvathā
— a goblin (a phantom); — might exist; — not (perceptible) by light, invisible; — even; — within the (very midst of the) light; — just as; — invisible; — of the ground; — within; — not; — to be denied; — it (the goblin); — at all, in any way
Just as a goblin, invisible even in the very midst of light, might still exist, so an (invisible) thing within the ground cannot at all be denied (merely by the ground's cognition).
