चिदात्मैव हि देवो ऽन्तःस्थितम् इच्छावशाद् बहिः योगीव निरुपादानम् अर्थजातं प्रकाशयेत् ॥७॥
cidātmaiva hi devo 'ntaḥsthitam icchāvaśād bahiḥ yogīva nirupādānam arthajātaṃ prakāśayet
— whose very self is consciousness ; — indeed, for ; — the God (the divine Self) ; — what abides within ; — by the power of (his) will ; — outwardly ; — like a yogin ; — without any material cause ; — the host of objects ; — makes manifest, brings to light

For the God, whose very self is consciousness, by the power of his will makes manifest outwardly the host of objects abiding within — like a yogin, without any material cause.
