cidātmaiva hi devo 'ntaḥsthitam icchāvaśād bahiḥ
yogīva nirupādānam arthajātaṃ prakāśayet
— whose very self is consciousness; — indeed, for; — the God (the divine Self); — what abides within; — by the power of (his) will; — outwardly; — like a yogin; — without any material cause; — the host of objects; — makes manifest, brings to light
For the God, whose very self is consciousness, by the power of his will makes manifest outwardly the host of objects abiding within — like a yogin, without any material cause.
