— thus; — revealed, made manifest; — by me; — well-established, coherent; — this path; — new; — by the great teachers; — was (already) taught; — in the Śivadṛṣṭi treatise (of Somānanda); — as; — therefore; — here, in this (path); — placing; — (his) foot, (his) step; — the world-creatorship; — of the Self; — having realized, having contemplated; — consisting of Śiva-hood; — ceaselessly, ever; — entering (into it); — attains perfection (is fulfilled)
Thus this new yet well-grounded path has been revealed by me, as it was taught by the great teachers in the Śivadṛṣṭi treatise. Therefore, setting his foot here, having realized the Self's world-creatorship as consisting of Śiva-hood, and ceaselessly entering into it, one attains perfection.
