12.11
योगिनिर्माणताभावे प्रमाणान्तरनिश्चिते कार्यं हेतुः स्वभावो वात एवोत्पत्तिमूलजः ॥११॥
yoginirmāṇatābhāve pramāṇāntaraniścite kāryaṃ hetuḥ svabhāvo vā-ta evotpattimūlajaḥ
— when the yogin's act of creation is present ; — ascertained by another means of knowledge ; — the effect ; — the cause ; — (its) intrinsic nature ; — or ; — for this very reason ; — arising from the root of (the will, the source of) production

When the yogin's creation is present, ascertained by another means of knowledge, the effect, the cause, or (their) intrinsic nature — for this very reason all arise from the root (the will) that is the source of production.
