9.3

एषां सप्तैव शक्तयः तद्भेदात् पृथिव्यादिप्रधानतत्त्वान्तं चतुर्दशभिर् भेदैः प्रत्येकं स्वं रूपं पञ्चदशम्

Transliteration (IAST)

eṣāṃ saptaiva śaktayaḥ tadbhedāt pṛthivyādipradhānatattvāntaṃ caturdaśabhir bhedaiḥ pratyekaṃ svaṃ rūpaṃ pañcadaśam

— of these (seven perceivers) ; — just seven ; — powers (each perceiver's own Śakti) ; — by reason of their division ; — from earth up through the principle of prakṛti (pradhāna) as the limit ; — by fourteen ; — divisions ; — each individually ; — its own (proper) form ; — the fifteenth

Of these there are just seven powers; and by their division — from earth up to the principle of prakṛti — there are fourteen distinctions each, with its own proper form as the fifteenth.
