9.2

तत्र शिवाः मन्त्रमहेशाः मन्त्रेशाः मन्त्राः विज्ञानाकलाः प्रलयाकलाः सकला इति सप्त शक्तिमन्तः

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra śivāḥ mantramaheśāḥ mantreśāḥ mantrāḥ vijñānākalāḥ pralayākalāḥ sakalā iti sapta śaktimantaḥ

— the Śivas (the highest class of perceivers) ; — the Great Lords of Mantra (Mantramaheśvaras) ; — the Lords of Mantra (Mantreśvaras) ; — the Mantras (mantra-perceivers) ; — the Vijñānākalas (those isolated by pure cognition, freed of the deeds but not yet of the residual māyīya impression) ; — the Pralayākalas (those isolated in the dissolution, retaining karman and māyā) ; — the Sakalas (those endowed with all the tattvas, the bound souls) ; — seven ; — the power-holders (those who possess Śakti, the perceiving subjects)

Therein the power-holders are seven: the Śivas, the Great Lords of Mantra, the Lords of Mantra, the Mantras, the Vijñānākalas, the Pralayākalas, and the Sakalas.
