4.23

सर्वे भावाः परमेश्वरतेजोमया इति रूढविकल्पप्राप्त्यै परमेशसंविदनलतेजसि समस्तभावग्रासरसिकताभिमते तत्तेजोमात्रावशेषत्वसहसमस्तभावविलापनं होमः

Transliteration (IAST)

sarve bhāvāḥ parameśvaratejomayā iti rūḍhavikalpaprāptyai parameśasaṃvidanalatejasi samastabhāvagrāsarasikatābhimate tattejomātrāvaśeṣatvasahasamastabhāvavilāpanaṃ homaḥ

— composed of the radiance of the Supreme Lord ; — for attaining the firmly-rooted conviction ; — in the fiery radiance of the Supreme Lord's consciousness ; — conceived as relishing the devouring of all entities ; — the dissolving of all entities such that only that radiance remains ; — oblation (homa)

"All entities are composed of the radiance of the Supreme Lord" — for attaining this firmly-rooted conviction, the dissolving of all entities into the fiery radiance of the Supreme Lord's consciousness — conceived as relishing the devouring of all entities — such that only that radiance remains, is "oblation" (homa).
