ज्योतिर् ध्वनिश् च यस्मात् सा मान्त्री व्याप्तिर् उच्यते परमा । कर्मणि कर्मणि विदुषः स्याज् जीवतो मुक्तिः

Transliteration (IAST)

jyotir dhvaniś ca yasmāt sā māntrī vyāptir ucyate paramā | karmaṇi karmaṇi viduṣaḥ syāj jīvato muktiḥ

— light and sound ; — from which ; — that pervasion belonging to the mantra ; — the supreme ; — for the knower, in every single act ; — there comes liberation while still living

— from which (proceed) light and sound: that is called the supreme pervasion of the mantra. For the knower, in every single act, there comes liberation while still living.
