तत्र संविन्मात्रमये विश्वस्मिन् संविदि च विमर्शात्मिकायां विमर्शस्य च शब्दनात्मकतायां सिद्धायां सकलजगन्निष्ठवस्तुनः तद्गतस्य च कर्मफलसम्बन्धवैचित्र्यस्य यत् विमर्शनं तद् एव शास्त्रम् इति परमेश्वरस्वभावाभिन्न एव समस्तः शास्त्रसन्दर्भो वस्तुत एकफलप्रापकः एकाधिकार्युद्देशेनैव तत्र तु परमेश्वरनियतिशक्तिमहिम्नैव भागे भागे रूढिः लोकानाम् इति

tatra saṃvinmātramaye viśvasmin saṃvidi ca vimarśātmikāyāṃ vimarśasya ca śabdanātmakatāyāṃ siddhāyāṃ sakalajaganniṣṭhavastunaḥ tadgatasya ca karmaphalasambandhavaicitryasya yat vimarśanaṃ tad eva śāstram iti parameśvarasvabhāvābhinna eva samastaḥ śāstrasandarbho vastuta ekaphalaprāpakaḥ ekādhikāryuddeśenaiva tatra tu parameśvaraniyatiśaktimahimnaiva bhāge bhāge rūḍhiḥ lokānām iti
Now, since the universe consists of nothing but consciousness, since consciousness has the nature of self-reflective awareness, and since that awareness has, as established, the nature of articulate utterance — the reflective awareness that bears upon the reality grounded in the whole world and upon the diversity in the connection of action and its fruit is itself scripture. So the entire body of scripture, being in no way different from the very nature of the Supreme Lord, in truth leads to a single fruit, aiming at a single class of qualified persons. Yet there, by the very majesty of the Supreme Lord's power of determination, people come to be settled, part by part (in this scripture or that).
