yatra sthitam idaṃ sarvaṃ kāryaṃ yasmāc ca nirgatam |
tasyānāvṛta-rūpatvān na nirodho 'sti kutracit ||

— in whom; — stands established; — all this; — effect, the to-be-done; — from whom; — and (everything) has issued forth; — for him; — owing to (his) uncovered nature; — there is no obstruction; — anywhere
That (Spanda principle) in which this whole world of effects rests and from which it issues forth — owing to its unveiled nature, can never be obstructed anywhere.
