7.21
मध्यव्योमशान्तबोधभरलब्धोदयः शिवः । तस्यापि विद्युदालोकवदभेदवती चला ॥२१॥
madhyavyomaśāntabodhabharalabdhodayaḥ śivaḥ | tasyāpi vidyudālokavadabhedavatī calā
— whose rising is won through the fullness of tranquil awareness in the central void ; — Śiva ; — of him too ; — like a flash of lightning ; — possessed of non-difference (one with him) ; — tremulous, in motion

(This is) Śiva, whose rising is won through the fullness of tranquil awareness in the central void; and of him too (the power), like a flash of lightning, is at once non-different (from him) and (yet) in motion.
