नैवमत्र स्वभावत्वे विरोधो बाधनात्मकः ।
स विवेकदृशा ज्ञेयो न स्वभावेन कुत्रचित् ॥२६॥
naivamatra svabhāvatve virodho bādhanātmakaḥ |
sa vivekadṛśā jñeyo na svabhāvena kutracit
It is not so here: in the case of (something's) being its very nature, the opposition that consists in annulment — that (opposition) is to be known by discriminative insight, never (as belonging to a thing) by its intrinsic nature anywhere.
