नासत्ये सत्यबुद्धित्वखण्डनात्रास्ति काचन । कथनं सर्वसाम्याय विवादिहननाय च ॥७१॥
nāsatye satyabuddhitvakhaṇḍanātrāsti kācana | kathanaṃ sarvasāmyāya vivādihananāya ca
— not ; — in the unreal ; — the refutation of taking it to be real ; — here ; — there is ; — any ; — this exposition ; — for the sake of universal equality ; — for the demolishing of opponents ; — and

(On our view) there is no refuting of a 'cognition of reality' as applied to the unreal (since for us all is real); this exposition is (offered) for the sake of universal equality and for the demolishing of (dualist) opponents.
