तदात्मत्वे नास्ति बन्धस्तदभावान्न मोक्षणम् ॥७२॥
tadātmatve nāsti bandhastadabhāvānna mokṣaṇam
— when (the world) has that (Śiva) as its self ; — not ; — there is ; — bondage ; — from the absence of that (bondage) ; — not ; — liberating

(Objection:) When (the world) has Śiva as its very self, there is no bondage; and from the absence of that (bondage) there is no liberating either.
