यदि स्वरूपविभ्रंशाच्छाक्तरूपादिकल्पना ।
तद्वक्तव्यं निमित्तत्वं किमर्थं रूपमूज्झति ॥५२॥
yadi svarūpavibhraṃśācchāktarūpādikalpanā |
tadvaktavyaṃ nimittatvaṃ kimarthaṃ rūpamūjjhati
If the assumption of the Śākta form and so on (came) from a lapse of his essential nature, then a causal occasion must be stated — for what purpose does he abandon his (proper) form?
