3.27
तदभावाद्देवगुरुशास्त्रोच्छेदो भवेत्तराम् । निरर्थकत्वं शास्त्रस्य करणे तन्निरूपणे ॥२७॥
tadabhāvāddevaguruśāstrocchedo bhavettarām | nirarthakatvaṃ śāstrasya karaṇe tannirūpaṇe
— from the absence of these ; — the abolition of (the need for) deity, teacher, and scripture ; — would result ; — all the more ; — purposelessness ; — of scripture ; — in (its) composition ; — in expounding it

(Objection:) And from the absence of these (bondage and liberation), the abolition of deity, teacher, and scripture would all the more follow — (and) the purposelessness of scripture, both in its composition and in its exposition.
