तस्मादसाधुः साधुः स्याच्छब्दविद्याफलप्रदः । एवं व्याकरणस्यापि समुच्छेद उपैति ते ॥७१॥
tasmādasādhuḥ sādhuḥ syācchabdavidyāphalapradaḥ | evaṃ vyākaraṇasyāpi samuccheda upaiti te
— therefore ; — an improper (word) ; — a proper (word) ; — might be ; — bestowing the fruit of the science of the Word ; — thus ; — of grammar too ; — utter destruction ; — comes upon ; — you

Therefore (on your incoherent view) an improper word might (as well) be the 'proper' bestower of the fruit of the science of the Word — and thus the utter ruin of (your) grammar itself comes upon you.
