तथापि तद्विभेदन भेदता तदभेदतः ।
न किंचन गृहीतं स्यात्तथान्या संहृतक्रमा ॥४९॥
tathāpi tadvibhedana bhedatā tadabhedataḥ |
na kiṃcana gṛhītaṃ syāttathānyā saṃhṛtakramā
— even so, through differentiating it there is differentiation; and through non-differentiation of it nothing whatsoever would be grasped. Likewise (fails) the other (description), 'with succession withdrawn.'
