गृह्णात्यथाविद्यया वा साप्यस्याः कथमास्थिता ॥२२॥

gṛhṇātyathāvidyayā vā sāpyasyāḥ kathamāsthitā

— it grasps ; — or rather ; — through nescience ; — or ; — that too ; — of it (Paśyantī) ; — how ; — comes to abide

Or does it grasp them through nescience (avidyā)? — and (if so), how does that (nescience) come to abide in it (the supposedly pure Paśyantī)?
