योगिनामिच्छया यद्वन्नानारूपोपपत्तिता । नचास्ति साधनं किंचिन्मृदादीच्छां विना प्रभोः ॥४४॥
yogināmicchayā yadvannānārūpopapattitā | nacāsti sādhanaṃ kiṃcinmṛdādīcchāṃ vinā prabhoḥ
— of yogins ; — by will ; — just as ; — the production of manifold forms ; — and not ; — there is ; — means, instrument ; — any ; — such as clay (and other material causes) ; — apart from (his) will ; — of the Lord

Just as for yogins the production of manifold forms occurs by mere will, so for the Lord there is no instrumental means whatsoever — no clay or the like — apart from his will.
