दृश्यन्तेऽत्र तदिच्छातो भावा भीत्यादियोगतः ॥४५॥
dṛśyante'tra tadicchāto bhāvā bhītyādiyogataḥ
Here (in the world) the existing things are seen (to arise) from his will (alone) — just as (apparitions arise) through the operation of fear and the like.
