क्रियाशक्तिसमाभोगात्कदाचित्स्थूलवेदनात् । विद्यात्वविद्येशानत्वमन्त्रमन्त्रेश्वरात्मताम् ॥३१॥
kriyāśaktisamābhogātkadācitsthūlavedanāt | vidyātvavidyeśānatvamantramantreśvarātmatām
— through the full expansion of the power of action ; — sometimes ; — through coarse cognition ; — the states of Vidyā, of the Vidyeśvaras, of Mantra and of Mantreśvara

Through the full expansion of the power of action, and sometimes through coarse cognition, (he assumes) the states of Vidyā, of the Vidyeśvaras, and of Mantra and Mantreśvara.
