बिभर्ति रूपमिच्छातः कदाचिज्ज्ञानशक्तितः । सदाशिवत्वमुद्रेकात्कदाचिदैश्वरीं स्थितिम् ॥३०॥
bibharti rūpamicchātaḥ kadācijjñānaśaktitaḥ | sadāśivatvamudrekātkadācidaiśvarīṃ sthitim
— he bears, assumes ; — a form ; — through will ; — sometimes ; — through the power of knowledge ; — through the predominance of the Sadāśiva-state ; — sometimes ; — the Īśvara ; — condition

— he assumes a form: sometimes through will, sometimes through the power of knowledge; through the ascendancy of the Sadāśiva-state, and sometimes the condition of Īśvara.
