तदेवं प्रसृतो देवः कदाचिच्छक्तिमात्रके ॥२९॥
tadevaṃ prasṛto devaḥ kadācicchaktimātrake
— therefore ; — thus ; — having streamed forth ; — the God ; — at times ; — in (the condition of) being mere Power

Therefore the God, having thus streamed forth, (abides) at times in the condition of being nothing but Power —
