एवं सर्वसमुत्पत्तिकाले शक्तित्रयात्मता । न निवृत्ता, नचौन्मुख्यं निवृत्तं, नापि निर्वृतिः ॥२२॥
evaṃ sarvasamutpattikāle śaktitrayātmatā | na nivṛttā, nacaunmukhyaṃ nivṛttaṃ, nāpi nirvṛtiḥ
— thus ; — at the time of the arising of all things ; — the nature consisting of the triad of powers ; — not ; — ceased ; — nor ; — the turning-toward ; — ceased ; — nor even ; — the blissful repose

Thus at the time of the arising of all things, the nature consisting of the triad of powers has not ceased; nor has the turning-toward ceased; nor even the blissful repose.
