dharmyasiddher api bhaved bādhā naivānumānataḥ
svasaṃvedanasiddhā tu yuktā saikapramātṛjā
— because the property-bearer (substrate) is not established; — also, moreover; — there could be; — a sublation, a contradiction; — not at all; — through inference; — established by self-awareness; — but, rather; — is proper, is tenable; — it (the sublation); — arising from the one cognizing subject
Moreover, since the property-bearer is not (independently) established, a sublation could not arise through inference at all; rather, that sublation, established by self-awareness, is tenable (only) as arising from the one cognizing subject.
