तथा हि कुम्भकारो ऽसाव् ऐश्वर्यैव व्यवस्थया
तत्तन्मृदादिसंस्कारक्रमेण जनयेद् घटम् ॥९॥
tathā hi kumbhakāro 'sāv aiśvaryaiva vyavasthayā
tattanmṛdādisaṃskārakrameṇa janayed ghaṭam
— to explain, for indeed; — the potter; — that (potter); — by (the Lord's) sovereign (power) alone; — by (its) ordering; — through the sequence of treating this and that clay and the rest; — would produce; — the pot
For indeed, that potter, by the Lord's sovereign power alone in its ordering, would produce the pot through the sequence of treating this and that clay and the rest.
