अथवैनं नित्यजातं नित्यं वा मन्यसे मृतम् ।
तथापि त्वं महाबाहो नैनं शोचितुमर्हसि ॥
२-२७ ॥
athavainaṃ nityajātaṃ nityaṃ vā manyase mṛtam |
tathāpi tvaṃ mahābāho nainaṃ śocitumarhasi ||
2-27 ||
But even if you suppose this self to be constantly born and constantly dying, even then, O mighty-armed one, you ought not to grieve for it.
