सर्वं ब्रह्ममयं देवि भावयेत् ब्रह्मसाधकः ।
न चाऽस्य प्रत्यवायोऽस्ति नाङ्गवैगुण्यमेव च ।
महामनोः साधने तु व्यङ्गं साङ्गायते ध्रुवम् ॥१२०॥
sarvaṃ brahmamayaṃ devi bhāvayet brahmasādhakaḥ |
na cā'sya pratyavāyo'sti nāṅgavaiguṇyameva ca |
mahāmanoḥ sādhane tu vyaṅgaṃ sāṅgāyate dhruvam ||120||
— all; — made of Brahman; — O goddess; — should contemplate; — the worshipper of Brahman; — not; — and for him; — there is no demerit; — no defect of (missing) limbs (of the rite); — indeed; — and; — of the great mantra; — in the worship; — indeed; — the defective (rite); — becomes as if complete; — surely
The worshipper of Brahman should contemplate everything as made of Brahman, O goddess; and for him there is no demerit, nor any defect of omitted limbs. In the worship of the great mantra, even a defective rite surely becomes as if complete.
