— those who bestow the powers of the earth-principle ; — impels, sets in motion ; — the Great Lord of Mantra of earth ; — the one impelled is the Lord of Mantra of earth ; — consisting of the embodiment of self-conceit (the presiding identity) ; — the denotative Mantra ; — by the gradation of Śiva-knowledge that transcends the bound-soul lore of Sāṅkhya and the rest ; — who has practiced union with the earthen (principle) ; — who has not (yet) attained the fixed station ; — the Vijñānākala of earth

The Great Lord of Mantra of earth is he who impels those that bestow the powers of the earth-principle; the one impelled is the Lord of Mantra of earth; and the denotative Mantra is that which consists of the presiding identity-embodiment of that very one. He who, by the gradation of Śiva-knowledge transcending the bound-soul lore of Sāṅkhya and the rest, has practiced union with the earthen principle yet has not attained the fixed station is the Vijñānākala of earth.
