रूपं क्षुभितं तेजः पूर्वगुणौ तु पूर्ववत्

Transliteration (IAST)

rūpaṃ kṣubhitaṃ tejaḥ pūrvaguṇau tu pūrvavat

— the agitated color-(subtle-element) ; — fire (the element) ; — the two prior qualities (sound and touch) ; — as before (carry over)

The agitated color-element is fire; and its two prior qualities (sound and touch) carry over as before.
