तत्कार्यस्य कर्तृत्वोपोद्बलनादेः प्रत्यात्मभेदेन उपलम्भात् स तु वर्गः कदाचित् एकीभवेत् अपि ईश्वरेच्छया सामाजिकात्मनाम् इव तत्र सर्वो ऽयं कलादिवर्गः शुद्धः यः परमेश्वरविषयतया तत्स्वरूपलाभानुगुणनिजकार्यकारी संसारप्रतिद्वन्द्वित्वात्

Transliteration (IAST)

tatkāryasya kartṛtvopodbalanādeḥ pratyātmabhedena upalambhāt sa tu vargaḥ kadācit ekībhavet api īśvarecchayā sāmājikātmanām iva tatra sarvo 'yaṃ kalādivargaḥ śuddhaḥ yaḥ parameśvaraviṣayatayā tatsvarūpalābhānuguṇanijakāryakārī saṃsārapratidvandvitvāt

— of its effect ; — namely the reinforcing of agency and so on ; — by a difference for each soul ; — because it is observed ; — might become unified ; — like members of an assembly ; — pure ; — performing its own effect conducive to the attainment of that (Lord's) nature ; — because it is the antagonist of transmigration

Because its effect — the reinforcing of agency and so on — is observed as differing from soul to soul. Yet that group might sometimes become unified by the Lord's will, like members of an assembly. There, this entire group beginning with kalā is pure when, having the Supreme Lord as its object, it performs its own effect conducive to attaining that (Lord's) nature, since it is then the antagonist of transmigration.
