व्याने तु व्यापकत्वात् अक्रमे ऽपि सूक्ष्मोच्छलत्तायोगेन कालोदयः

Transliteration (IAST)

vyāne tu vyāpakatvāt akrame 'pi sūkṣmocchalattāyogena kālodayaḥ

— in the vyāna (the pervading breath) ; — because of (its) pervasiveness ; — though sequenceless ; — through conjunction with a subtle surging-up ; — the arising of Time

But in the vyāna, owing to its pervasiveness, although it is sequenceless, the arising of Time occurs through conjunction with a subtle surging-up.
