तत्र यद्य् अपि देहे सबाह्याभ्यन्तरम् ओतप्रोतरूपः प्राणः तथापि प्रस्फुटसंवेद्यप्रयत्नः असौ हृदयात् प्रभृति इति तत एव अयं निरूपणीयः

Transliteration (IAST)

tatra yady api dehe sabāhyābhyantaram otaprotarūpaḥ prāṇaḥ tathāpi prasphuṭasaṃvedyaprayatnaḥ asau hṛdayāt prabhṛti iti tata eva ayaṃ nirūpaṇīyaḥ

— in the body ; — outer and inner together ; — having the form of warp and woof (interwoven throughout) ; — the breath ; — whose effort is clearly perceptible ; — beginning from the heart ; — to be examined, to be determined

Now, although the breath is interwoven like warp and woof throughout the body, both outer and inner, nonetheless its effort is clearly perceptible beginning from the heart; therefore it is to be examined from that point onward.
