Transliteration (IAST)

evam asya anavarataṃ dhyāyinaḥ svasaṃvinmātraparamārthān sṛṣṭisthitisaṃhāraprabandhān sṛṣṭyādisvātantryaparamārthatvaṃ ca svasaṃvido niścinvataḥ sadya eva bhairavībhāvaḥ

— incessantly, without break ; — whose ultimate reality is one's own consciousness alone ; — the continua of emission, maintenance, and withdrawal ; — that the ultimate reality of emission and the rest is [its own] freedom ; — of one who ascertains ; — the state of Bhairava arises at once

Thus, for one who meditates incessantly in this way — ascertaining that the continua of emission, maintenance, and withdrawal have one's own consciousness alone as their ultimate reality, and that the ultimate reality of emission and the rest is the very freedom of one's own consciousness — the state of Bhairava arises at once.
