4.42

न अतिरहस्यम् एकत्र ख्याप्यं न च सर्वथा गोप्यम् इति हि अस्मद्गुरवः

Transliteration (IAST)

na atirahasyam ekatra khyāpyaṃ na ca sarvathā gopyam iti hi asmadguravaḥ

— the most secret [teaching] ; — to be proclaimed in one [place] ; — to be concealed altogether ; — our gurus [say]

For our gurus say: "The most secret teaching is neither to be proclaimed all in one place, nor to be concealed altogether."
