Transliteration (IAST)

tatra anuttarāt kavargaḥ śraddhāyāḥ icchāyāḥ cavargaḥ sakarmikāyā icchāyā dvau ṭavargas tavargaś ca unmeṣāt pavargaḥ śaktipañcakayogāt pañcakatvam

— from the Absolute, the k-class (gutturals) ; — from Will as faith/longing, the c-class (palatals) ; — from Will joined with action ; — the two — the ṭ-class (retroflexes) and the t-class (dentals) ; — from Unfolding, the p-class (labials) ; — because of conjunction with the pentad of powers ; — the state of being fivefold (each class has five members)

Among these: from the Absolute comes the k-class; from Will as longing, the c-class; from Will conjoined with action, the two classes, the ṭ-class and the t-class; from Unfolding, the p-class. Their being fivefold (each a pentad) is due to their conjunction with the pentad of powers.
