3.20

तदुत्थं व्यञ्जनात्मकं योनिरूपम्

Transliteration (IAST)

tadutthaṃ vyañjanātmakaṃ yonirūpam

— arisen from that (from the vowels) ; — consisting of the consonants ; — of the nature of the womb (the wombs)

Arisen from that is the consonant-set, which is of the nature of the womb.
