एवं षोडशकं परामर्शानां बीजस्वरूपम् उच्यते

Transliteration (IAST)

evaṃ ṣoḍaśakaṃ parāmarśānāṃ bījasvarūpam ucyate

Thus the group of sixteen reflective awarenesses is said to be of the nature of seeds (the seed-syllables, the vowels).
