22.29

प्राच्यां विसर्गसत्ताम् अनवच्छिदिते पदे रूढाः । उदितं च मिथो वक्त्रान् मुख्याद् वक्त्रे प्रगृह्यते च बहिः

Transliteration (IAST)

prācyāṃ visargasattām anavacchidite pade rūḍhāḥ | uditaṃ ca mitho vaktrān mukhyād vaktre pragṛhyate ca bahiḥ

— in the prior (the quiescent), the being of emission ; — established in the undivided state ; — and the risen, mutually ; — from the chief mouth (the oral transmission) ; — is received in the mouth ; — outwardly

— established in the undivided state, (they grasp) in the prior (quiescent) the very being of emission; and the risen, mutually, is received from the chief mouth into the mouth, and outwardly (as well).
